TIMEFRAME:  Access to the venue as from 12PM - 2AM or less

RESERVATION & DEPOSIT: 50% of venue rental rate including refundable damage fee is due up on booking.

​

PAYMENTS: Final payment most be submitted on or before 60 days prior to event date.

No refunds, events can be rescheduled based on availability.

VENDORS: You can bring your own Food, Drinks, Decoration, DJ.

All food must be prepared prior to arrival.

ALCOHOL POLICY:  Host requires ABC permit to serve liquor.

​
